CSERA - The Center for Socio-Economic Research and Analysis

 

The Center for Socio-Economic Research and Analysis is a non governmental, non profit, non partisan, independent research and public policy institution established in 2002 in Yerevan.

The mission of CSERA is to initiate and promote substantial reforms which will narrow the gap in income, wealth and power. We are commited to work for change in partnership with other public and private organizations to pursuit social justice and democracy in Armenia.

To achieve above mentioned, the following objectives are main for CSERA:

  • poverty reduction through sustainable and balanced economic development of rural communities
  • improvment of business enviornment aimed at reducing administrative burdens and costs for doing business
  • provision of equal economic competition
  • combating corruption through increasing state governance transparency and providing public monitoring of government
  • protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms
  • provision of substantial and long term education reforms
  • promotion of Armenia’s EU integration
  • to promote security and economic copperation of region
